1. TERMS OF BUING
1.1. The following terms are applied in legal relations formed between E-Mil Trading OÜ, registration code 12602052, address: Mooni 13, Viljandi, Estonia, the owner of an online store website www.militaarmatkaja.ee (online store), and the clients purchasing products.
1.2. In addition to the terms presented, legal relations formed by purchasing products are also regulated by acts currently in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Tradesman has the right to change the general terms of the online store and the prices of products and services. Any changes will be notified about on the online store’s website. The terms and prices at the time of the transaction will be applied to the transaction.
2.1. A delivery fee will be added to the price of the product. The delivery means will be chosen and the delivery fee calculated in the shopping cart.
2.3. E-Mil Trading OÜ has the right to change the prices of the products if necessary.
3.1 Purchasing products from our online store is simple and quick. Choose the product, pick a size if necessary and add it to your shopping cart.
3.2. It is possible to change the quantity of the product as well as delete a product in the shopping cart. Afterward, just complete the check-in procedure, choose the means of delivery and place the order. If you choose to pay pro forma, you will receive on your e-mail.
3.3. Orders can be placed without registering beforehand as well as having registered as a client (in that case you will not have to enter your personal data and delivery address every time you order).
3.4. After placing the order a prepayment invoice will be sent to the Client’s e-mail.
4.1. The products are entirely paid for in advance. Before making the payment please make sure that the data entered is correct and the products are according to your wish.
4.2. The payment will be based on a confirmation sent to your e-mail by the store.
4.3. We have the right to annul your order if the payment has not come into the bank account of E-Mil Trading OÜ (Swedbank: EE052200221058986049; SEB: EE231010220253460225) within 7 days of the confirmation sent to you e-mail.
4.4. After placing the order and making the payment a confirmation will be sent to the Client’s e-mail and the invoice will be added to the delivered product.
4.2 We have the right to annul your order if the payment shown on the invoice has not come into the bank account of E-Mil Trading OÜ within 7 days of giving out the invoice.
5. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
5.1. The products ordered will be delivered to a parcel terminal suitable for you by a transportation means chosen by you while placing the order.
5.2. The orders are usually handled and sent off on the next working day at the latest. The arrival depends on the postal services. Normally the delivery takes 2-10 working days.
5.4. If you choose the parcel service of SmartPost, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with the location of the parcel terminal and a door code, when the product has arrived.
It is possible to make an agreement for using other parcel services. In that case please inform us about your preference via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
6. PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCTS ORDERED
6.1. We hope that you are satisfied with the products ordered from our online store. However, if problems do occur, inform us via e-mail: email@example.com. We will find a solution to your problem. Please add the number of the invoice and the name of the product to the e-mail.
6.2. It is possible to return a faulty product if the product is unused with all tags in the original package and the Client presents the invoice. The postal fees of returning the product are paid by the Client. We recommend you to use registered dispatch.
7. OTHER TERMS
7.1. The data about the Client and their orders on the online store’s website is considered to be confidential information. The Tradesman will not publish information gained to third parties.
7.2. The data communication between the Client and banks and payment terminals is encrypted, which assures the safety of the Client’s personal data and bank requisites. The Tradesman does not have access to the Client’s confidential bank- or credit/debit card requisites.
7.3. Any conflicts between the Client and the Tradesman will be solved by negotiations. The Tradesman will respond to the Client’s complaints and claims via e-mail within 5 working days.
8. SALES / SPECIAL PRICES
8.1. Special price for registered clients -5% and a discount of -10% is applied for purchases for 45 € and more. Special prices are not applied to products presently on sale.
9. GIFT CARDS
9.1 Gift cards are applied on the website of "militaarmatkaja.ee" online store.
9.2 It is not possible to return or reuse a gift card or exchange its value for money.
9.3 If a purchase exceeds the value of a gift card the Client must pay the amount of money exceeding the value.
9.4 If a purchase is smaller than the value of a gift card, the money will not be returned.
9.5 A gift card can be used within 6 months of obtaining it.
